Placing an Order

You can place an order with Candystore Collective 2 ways, online or by phone. Our customer service phone line is available Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm Pacific Standard Time. The Phone number is (888) 601-0117. Online orders are received 24 hours a day, and will generally ship within two business days from the time the order is received. We try our best to keep all items in stock, but occasionally we do sell out. If this is the case we will contact you immediately and you may modify or cancel your order.

We get your order immediately and try to ship it out in a timely manner assuming everything is in stock. We will send out a confirmation number once your order is on its way with a tracking number if applicable. Standard shipping is free on orders over $75 (excluding overweight or special handling purchases).


Payments

Candystore Collective accepts all major credit cards including American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We also accept Paypal And Google Checkout/Wallet. We also sell gift certificates, which are redeemable online or in store. Upon placing an order your credit card will be authorized. Once the order is reviewed and shipped your card will be charged. Sometimes there is a delay between authorization and charging, but assure that only one charge will be billed to your account. For overseas orders and orders shipped to a different shipping address than the billing address a photo I.D may be required.


Security & Privacy Policy

This site is protected with an SSL certificate and all orders and credit cards numbers are kept private. We do not hold credit card information in our system. We also do not share, sell, distribute or do anything not cool with your personal information or email address. Signing up for our mailing list only means that we may contact you about store events, news, sales and parties.


Gift Certificates

Candystore Collective offers gift certificates in a variety of denominations, which you can combine for the perfect amount. Gift certificates never expire and are redeemable online. Unfortunately gift certificates are not redeemable over the phone. Once you purchase a gift certificate the recipient will be sent a paper gift certificate in the mail. You will also receive a confirmation that your gift certificate has been sent.

Domestic Shipping

We ship Monday through Friday, and are closed for shipping Saturday and Sunday. We ship via USPS and Fedex primarily. Please remember that if you request Rush Shipping, your order must be received by 9:30am, Pacific Standard Time so that we can send it out that day. Shipping costs are based on the weight of your items and include handling fees.

  • Standard Shipping: Expected delivery within 2 to 7 business days. Cost: $6.95
  • Rush Shipping: Expected delivery within 1 to 3 days. Cost: $22.00
  • Heavy Goods and Special Handling: Expected Delivery 5 to 10 business days. Cost: $28.00

International Shipping

We use USPS for all international orders. Please note that the time required for your package to clear customs may vary from time to time and from country to country. Below is a general guideline for transit times. Expected delivery is 4 to 14 business days.

  • Free Shipping on orders over $75
  • Standard Shipping: Up to 4 lbs. Expected delivery within 4 to 14 business days. Cost: $15.00
  • Heavyweight Shipping: From 4.1 to 10 lbs. Expected delivery 7 to 14 business days. Cost: $35.00

Taxes, Customs & Duties

Sales tax is not charged because all items ship from Portland, Oregon.

For all international orders, please note that you will be responsible for all duties, tariffs, and taxes charged by your own country. All transactions will be in U.S. dollars. We apologize, but due to customs regulations we can not offer gift wrapping for international customers, including Canada.

Should you place an international order and then refuse delivery, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs to you, any duties,taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Candystore Collective.


Refund and Exchange Policy

If for some reason you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase, we will offer you an exchange or refund. Refunds MUST be received with 21 days of the ship date for domestic customers, and 30 days for international customers. All items must be returned in their original, perfect condition, (unworn, unused, unblemished, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags attached, in original packaging, not damaged in return shipping). All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels or any markings to the box. Any item returned not in this specified condition will be refused.

The following items are non-refundable and will not be issued credit: all items marked FINAL SALE, intimates, underwear, socks, tights, swimwear, bodysuits, vintage, hair accessories, eye wear, beauty products and fragrance.

If your item arrives damaged, or we made a mistake and sent you the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of receipt, and we will gladly offer you an exchange free of shipping fees or a full refund or credit if the item is no longer available. However, we have to receive the damaged/defective item before we can process an exchange, credit, or refund.

We suggest shipping your package with a carrier such as UPS or FedEx, or via Insured USPS Parcel Post, as we cannot take responsibility for packages we do not ship ourselves. C.O.D.s will not be accepted.

Once we receive your return, inspect the return, and are satisfied that all requirements have been met, the refund or credit will be processed within 3-7 business days. We will send you a confirmation email once we process the return. Please be aware that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account. Unfortunately, shipping fees are non refundable.
